2023 also marked the end of NFC’s very successful Live-in Children project after 20 years of  providing a home, care and education for 123 children. As the last 3 youths reached 18 years  old – the legal age of adulthood in Cambodia – and completed their secondary education it  was time for them to be transferred to NFC’s Midway House Project where they could learn  to live more independently and responsibly while following their university education.
